Gebaralgal (Torres Strait Islanders) Corporation RNTBC
The Gebaralgal (Torres Strait Islanders) Corporation RNTBC hold native title in trust for the people of the Gebara Island in the Torres Strait.
On 13 December 2004, Cooper J made a positive native title determination with respect to the Gebara Island in the Torres Strait, sometimes referred to Gabba Island or Two Brothers Island.
The determination conferred exclusive and non-exclusive rights of possession, occupation, use and enjoyment of the lands and waters in the claim area.
Gawler Ranges Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC
The Gawler Ranges Aboriginal Corporation was incorporated on the 16 December 2011 and administers land on behalf of the Gawler Ranges People. They were first recognised in the McNamara/Gawler Ranges People determination that was handed down on 19 December 2011. The Gawler Ranges native title consent determination recognises the non-exclusive native title rights to access, hunt, fish, camp gather and use the natural resources, undertake cultural activities, conduct ceremonies and meetings, and protect places of cultural and religious significance.
Garboi (Torres Strait Islanders) Corporation RNTBC
The Garboi (Torres Strait Islanders) Corporation holds native title in trust for the benefit of the Poruma and Masig Peoples.
On 15 August 2005, Black CJ made a positive native title determination in respect of Garboi, an island in the Torres Strait, also known as Arden Island. The claim area covered the whole island except a small area at the western end subject of a lease to the Australian Maritime Safety Authority.

The Gangali Narra Widi Aboriginal Corporation is the trustee for Widi country.
Far West Coast Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC
The Far West Coast Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC administers land on behalf of the Far West Coast Native Title Claim Group, which includes the Mirning people, the Wirangu people, the Kokatha people, the Maralinga Tjarutja people, the Yalata people and the descendants of Edward/Ted Roberts, with the Court recognising that many members were affiliated with more than one group. Their native title rights and interests were first recognised in the Far West Coast native title determinations of 2013.

The Eynewantheyne Aboriginal Corporation act as an agent for the native title holders.
Esperance Tjaltjraak Native Title Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC
The Esperance Tjaltjraak Native Title Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC was registered by the Federal Court of Australia as the Native Title Body Corporate for the kepa Kurl Wadjari people on 6 September 2016.
Tjaltjraak derives from the Wudjari name for the Mallee, which the Wudjari People believe marks the extent of their Country.
Erubam Le Traditional Land and Sea Owners (Torres Strait Islanders) Corporation RNTBC
The Erubam Le Traditional Land and Sea Owners (Torres Strait Islanders) Corporation RNTBC hold native title in trust for the Erubam Le People.
On 8 December 2004, the Federal Court of Australia recognised the native title rights and interests of the Erubam Le People of Erub Island. Erub Island is situated in the deeper waters of the Eastern Torres Strait, where the Great Barrier Reef ends. Erub Island contains numerous volcanic rock outcroppings, tickly vegetated areas and rich deep soils.
