The River Murray and Mallee Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC
The River Murray and Mallee Aboriginal Corporation administers land on behalf the River Murray and Mallee people. The native title consent determination was handed down by Justice Mansfield at a Federal Court hearing at Lake Bonney, on 18 November 2011. The consent determination recognised the River Murray and Mallee peoples non-exclusive rights and interests to parts of their traditional land in areas of the Murray River around Renmark, Berri, Barmera, Waikerie and Morgan.
The Dieri Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC
The Dieri Aboriginal Corporation administers land on behalf of the Dieri peoples. Their ownership over the land was first recognised in the Dieri Native Title Claim native title determination of May 2012. The Dieri NO.2 Native Title Claim has seen the Court grant native title over further territory in the Cooper Creek region of South Australia.
Ewamian People Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC
The Ewamian People Aboriginal Corporation (EPAC) is the corporate entity established by the Ewamian People to hold their native title rights and interests since their determination in 2013. EPAC represents the Ewamian People for all matters relating to native title and cultural heritage.
The Ewamian People are the Traditional Owners of an area of north-western Queensland extending over the gilbert and Einasleigh River catchment areas including Georgetown, Mount Surprise, Forsayth and Einasleigh.
