The Githabul Nation Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC act as agent for the benefit of the Githabul people. 

The Githabul people’s native title rights and interests were recognised on 29 November 2007. On that date, Branson J made a positive native title determination in relation to land and waters in the northern part of New South Wales covering identified areas of New South Wales State Forests, New South Wales National Parks and parts of the Dairy Flat Travelling Stock Reserve.

The native title holders have non-exclusive rights in relation to the determination area. 

The Dunghutti Elders Council (Aboriginal Corporation) RNTBC hold native title in trust for the native title holders. 

On 7 April 1997, Lockhart J recognised the Dunghutti People’s native title rights and interests in relation to the determination area. The Dunghutti People confer possession, occupation and enjoyment of the land to the exclusion of all others. 

The Barkandji Native Title Group Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC holds native title in trust for the native title holders.
