Barada Barna People and Widi People win native title rights

The Barada Barna people and Widi people of Central Queensland have a new “sense of pride and knowledge” for their children, following a Federal Court decision that recognises them as the traditional owners of their land.
The PBC website acknowledges the traditional owners of country throughout Australia and their continuing
connection to land, culture and community.
