This workshop looks at corporate governance for members and directors of corporations. It provides an introduction to the key aspects of running a corporation and focuses on topics such as: finance and responsibilities of directors.

This course provides skills and knowledge for those working or seeking work in government investigations or regulatory compliance. Investigation processes including gathering and recording evidence and interview techniques will be taught with other skills essential to employment in the public sector including values and ethics.

Native Title Operations and Management Training (NTOMT) is a FREE, one-of-its-kind workshop teaching Traditional Owners how to grow and leverage their PBCs as a business. NTOMT is organised by the National Native Title Council (NNTC), together with our partners at RMIT, AIATSIS and Melbourne Business School. The training is delivered by leading business, native title and marketing experts.

Since 2016, AIATSIS has contributed to a number of reviews of the CATSI Act including the Technical Review of the CATSI Act (2017) and CATSI Review Phase 1 (2020). Throughout this report, the AIATSIS researchers refer to the AIATSIS submissions for both of these reviews.

Native title materials created in the process of native title, land claim and cultural heritage work include individual statements, expert reports, genealogies, field notes and other materials. This paper addresses some of the legal issues arising in relation to the transfer of research material from NTRB/SPs to RNTBCs.
