The Iyangka Kularta Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC acts as agent for the benefit of the native title holders.  

The Iyangka Kularta Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC was recognised as the nominated prescribed body corporate on 5 April 2023. On this date, Bromberg J recognised the native title holders’ native title rights and interests in parts of the determination area. The area subject to this determination is 10,842 square kilometres and located approximately 69 kilometres east of Yulara and 142 kilometres south of Hermannsburg. It is part of the Western Desert language region and associated with the Yankunytjatjara dialect. The determination area is over the Curtin Springs Lease, the Lyndavale Pastoral Lease, the Erldunda Pastoral Lease, as well as other various NT Portions.  

The native title holders possess non-exclusive rights in the determination area.
